Acting on behalf of Lodestar we worked closely with the team at M&S to produce an induction training DVD to inform staff about theft and fraud.
Working with store security staff, we filmed a series of reconstructions on the stores in-house CCTV system. Shooting the video in this way gave us an unprecedented level of realism. The DVD was divided into sections to create discussion points.
